Tried a new workout today, so much fun being a participant, loads to think about in reform pilates, really enjoyed it and will definitely be adding this to my personal workout!! Have you tried it??

Back to basics here, just me, the music, my ipad…… and a broomstick!! 🤣🤣

No bar, no weights, no step, not even a damn roll mat 😆 Its all currently sailing somewhere around Singapore at the moment. Fingers crossed it all makes it here eventually 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Cant wait to get back to classes, but have to admit even the broomstick feels like a tonne today!!! 😳

The end of an incredibly stressful 2 weeks…..I’ve been so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people.
My awesome Monday morning DL crew, my midweek AF posse. Fellow instructors and staff alike, it’s been a blast, come see me Down Under when you get the chance! Signing off from one adventure…. and starting another tomorrow x
