💙💚🤍Are you 'All In for Reconciliation'? ❤️💛🖤

National Reconciliation Week is a time to reflect, learn and commit to meaningful action. In health and palliative care, being 'All In' means listening deeply, valuing cultural knowledge, and working together to provide care that is respectful, culturally safe and responsive for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, families and communities. This week, we encourage reflection on how each of us can be All In for reconciliation through learning, relationships and everyday practice.
