Let's wrap up the semester with a fun night of robots, coding, and good company!

💻Here’s what you can get involved with:
• Continue working towards your Robots101 robot
• Build/test your DRC car
• Help out with ROAR
• Or bring your own project to work on

We'll also be holding an SGM at the start of the night to open nominations and vote on two new executive positions - a secretary, plus one mystery role depending on who steps up. 👀

ROAR is currently reassembling ✨Perseus ✨ into a competition-ready state, with all the subsystems coming back together. It's a great chance to get hands-on, learn how the robot works, and see how all the different systems integrate together!

Tonight, we'll also be running an EGB220 Help Night 👀
Experienced students and club members will be around to help troubleshoot code, electronics, sensors, CAD, reports, and all the last-minute project chaos ⚡
Swing by if you need a hand, a second opinion, or just moral support before submission day

Robot not detecting the line? Motors spinning into another dimension? Code held together by hope and one semicolon? We’ve got you covered.

Join QUTRC for a focused EGB220 Help Night where experienced students and club members will be around to help troubleshoot code, electronics, sensors, CAD, reports, and all the last minute chaos that comes with project season ⚡

Bring your robot, your laptop, your questions, and preferably your sanity.

📢 QUTRC Special General Meeting 🚨

We’re holding a Special General Meeting on May 26 to officially open nominations and vote on new executive positions within the club.

We are currently seeking:
• A new Secretary
• One mystery executive role 👀

The mystery role will depend on which current executive member steps up into the Secretary position.

Please note that to nominate for Secretary, you must have been a member of the QUTRC executive team for at least 6 months.
