SHRED SQUAD // Assemble!

Term 4 of after-school Shred Squad kicks off TONIGHT and we can't wait to get back on the trails with our local shredders.

We have an exciting 8 weeks ahead of us with hero dirt conditions, beautiful Spring weather, new trails to explore, and so much fun to be had!

𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞
4-5pm: YOUTH (2 groups) with Liz & Laura
4.15-5.30pm: JUNIOR with Mim
5-6.30pm: PRO with Alex
5-6.30pm: PRO-PLUS with Ash
5.15-6.30pm: SPARK with Laura
5.30-6.30pm: GIRLS with Liz

There are currently limited spots available in PRO, PRO+ and GIRLS Squads. All other squads are fully booked. If you're interested, please get in touch.

We’ve had a monster week of coaching on the trails this week…

6 Holiday Shred Squad sessions ✅
A massive Shuttle Squad ✅
Our first Girls Shuttle Squad ✅
Plus Jumps clinics, beginner rides, and family skills sessions

And the weekend’s only just beginning!

Big days on the bike means we need tough, reliable tyres that can handle any conditions.

We’ve fitted all our bikes with new Maxxis rubber this week, and those fresh tyre feels on Mystic’s hero dirt are 👌🏼

Term 3 Shred Squad ✅

So proud of our after-school Shred Squad crew this term, sending it all winter long - when the days are short, the weather is cold, and the trails are often wet.

We’re so lucky to be able to ride all year round here in Bright and these tough mountain kids, aged 6-14, really get out and make the most of it!

We finished off this term’s program this week with a fun shuttle session for the older groups and seeing the progress from everyone makes us so proud!

Registrations are now open for term four Shred Squad so if you’ve got a little shredder who’s keen to join us, jump on our website or get in touch.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS IN BRIGHT // We've emotionally said goodbye to Winter and we're already looking ahead to Spring.

Our popular School Holiday MTB Programs for kids (and adults!) are now open for booking, and we're getting excited to hit the trails again.

Here's what's on these school holidays:

- Holiday Shred Squad: group workshops for Beginner to Intermediate riders

- Shuttle Squad: full-day program using gravity uplift shuttles for Intermediate+ riders

- Girls Shuttle Squad: half-day program using gravity shuttles for Pre-Intermediate+ fgirls

- Intro to Jumps & Drops: 3-hour session to learn the fundamentals of getting in the air

Visiting Bright & Surrounds or Mystic Bike Park for the first time and not sure what to expect?

The Mystic Trailhead, on Coronation Ave, is where the adventure starts - and where all our MTB programs begin.

Here, you’ll find:

🚗 Plenty of parking onsite, with overflow parking nearby for the really busy days

🗺️ Trail maps for nearby MTB trails and gravel routes

🚲 Bike racks to hang your bikes while you wait for your mates

💧 Drinking water to refill before or after a ride

🏰 A Shelter to wait out the rain, avoid the sun, or sit and have lunch!

🛠️ A bike repair stand for those last minute fixes

🫧 A bike wash for getting rid of the mud and dust

The MTB trails start right here and, just across the road is Mystic HQ and the shuttle zone.
