Did we overspend or underspend in 2024?

We actually ended up spending $54.79 LESS in 2024 than we did in 2023 across the three categories of:

- Groceries 🛒🍓
- Petrol ⛽️🚙
- Takeaway 🍕🍔🍟

So I will take that as a win! 🙌🙌

Do I think everyone needs to track their money this way? Absolutely NOT! You don’t need to track it at this level if you don’t wish to.

So, why do we do it? One, because I enjoy it.

But most importantly it helps us to stay on track over a longer period of time and I like knowing exactly what we are spending to then align goals for the future. 🙌💜
However you work with your finances it is important to have a system. 👍. We have a system that allows me to track these expenses quite easily and keep pn top of them.
