I wanted to take a moment to recognise the truly heartfelt care Miss Trinity brings to her role every single day.

Drop-offs can be one of the hardest parts of a the day, and her warmth and patience in those moments means more than I can express. She has such a gift for making both Allegra and I feel at ease, and I always leave knowing she is in the most caring hands.

Her end-of-day wrap-ups are something I genuinely look forward to. The little details she shares the moments, the milestones, the funny things she said or did mean I never feel like I've missed out on her day. It's such a thoughtful and generous thing to spend time putting effort into.
