✨ 2026 So Far at Emma’s Country Kids Family Day Care ✨

What a wonderful year it has been so far!

We’ve spent our days exploring, creating, learning and growing together through play, nature, adventures and lots of laughter. From messy play and sensory experiences to gardening, stories, crafts, outdoor exploration and celebrating special occasions, every day has been filled with meaningful moments.

It has been such a privilege to watch each child in my care develop confidence, independence, friendships and new skills at their own pace. Seeing their curiosity, kindness and excitement for learning reminds me every day why I love what I do.

A heartfelt thank you to all of my wonderful families for your ongoing support, trust and encouragement throughout the year. Being part of your children’s journey is something I never take for granted.

Here’s to making many more beautiful memories together during the rest of 2026! 🌿✨

This year marks 15 years of celebrating the incredible Educators, Coordinators, and Services that make Family Day Care such a special part of the early childhood sector.

Being a Family Day Care Educator can sometimes be quite isolating. Unlike larger centre-based services, we often work independently and don’t always have a team around us to celebrate the small wins, offer encouragement, or acknowledge the impact we make each day. The same can be said for the dedicated Coordinators and Services who work behind the scenes supporting educators and families.

If there is a Family Day Care Educator, Coordinator, or Service who has made a positive difference to your family, this is a wonderful opportunity to give them a well-deserved pat on the back and recognise the important work they do. Of course, there is absolutely no pressure, but nominations can be a lovely way to show appreciation and acknowledge the dedication, care, and commitment that goes into Family Day Care every day.

Such a busy start to 2024 🌟

Blessed to have had all my little friends return for another fun year of care.

During our time in care, children are provided with an opportunity to develop educationally within a fun, supportive environment.

My goal is to help them build a strong sense of identity and connection to their world while fostering confident and involved learners. All of which I’m sure you will see in our happy snaps. 💛
