When you are unconscious, you are just not yourself. 👹😈💩
You can feel when you are not your true self.
People who care about you notice it too. The brave ones speak up to try to support you. They want to know if you are OK. While others internalise it and wonder what they have done wrong, when they have done nothing.
🤔Has anyone told you lately they think something is off with you? Are they worried you aren't yourself? Have you hurt someone's feelings and won't say sorry? Are you ignoring the worst of yourself, instead, in a loop of blaming others?
The worst of being unconscious is that we take all our harmful behaviours and direct them at the people we love the most. 😭😰
Here are some ways it can happen;
❌You are judgmental, cruel, and mean to people you love and strangers
❌You can be aggressive and passive-aggressive in how you speak, using tone that intimidates or shames others
❌You blame others and don't take responsibility for your part
❌You find it almost impossible to see the good in someone else
The entry point back to the REAL you is when you can feel a pang of shame, guilt or anger for what you've done and can be forgiving, say sorry, and try better.
However, shame, guilt and anger are difficult emotions to hold and explore for yourself without support. 🤝
