Union is Yoga. Union of mind, body, and soul. Everyone deserves to be in peace. Everyone deserves to be happy. Namaste :)

Through conscious and transformative practices, Yoga stimulates the emotional and mental state to always be in harmony.

❤️‍🔥 In yoga, everything in life is made of energy — including our thoughts, actions, and the food we eat.
This energy moves through three qualities called the Gunas:
Tamas (inertia), Rajas (activity), and Sattva (clarity).

Each one shapes how we feel and how we show up in the world.
Tamas pulls us down into dullness or laziness
Rajas pushes us forward into motion and restlessness.
Sattva lifts us into balance and awareness.

We need all three — just not in excess.
The goal isn’t to label food or behavior as “good” or “bad,”
but to notice what kind of energy each thing brings.

Whether it’s what you eat, how you speak, or what you consume online —
everything you take in becomes part of your vibration.

✨ Choose what helps you find balance, not extremes.

Friday reminder:
You don’t have to be perfect to be at peace.
Just breathe, move, and let your practice bring you back home — to your body, your heart, your calm. 🌿

Nadi Shodhana Pranayama — alternate-nostril breathing 🌿

A simple way to bring calm and clarity to your morning.

Inhale through one side, exhale through the other.
Balance your breath, balance your energy.

“Peace isn’t something you find — it’s something you create.”

Save this to try tomorrow morning ✨

The breath doesn’t fix you — it reveals you. 🌿

Save this as a reminder to pause today.

This week is all about the breath.
Every inhale creates space.
Every exhale releases weight.

Sama Vritti Pranayama — equal breathing 🌿

Breathe in for 3, breathe out for 3.
Balance the mind, ground the body, soften the morning.

Morning mantra: “Babanam Kevalam” — everything is love. 🌞
When I breathe with this sound, the mind softens, the heart opens, and the body remembers peace.
Let your practice be your prayer today — simple, gentle, full of love. 💛

❤️‍🩹The truth is, morning yoga is extremely hard for me. Even though I practice and teach yoga for years I still don’t like it. But I know it’s extremely important for my mental health so I show up even when it’s the hardest. Because I know I’ll feel better after. ❤️‍🔥
