Together Meera, Pier and I welcomed guests to a night of sourdough stories, Italian Folk Songs & beautiful food.

FOOD PRESERVING CLASS SUNDAY 16th August 1-6pm

A lot of work went into drying these cherries. First each one had its seed removed then cut in half then placed on dehydrating racks. Dried cherries taste similar to dried cranberries. They are really delicious.
