Starting the day with our Briskets.
Today we've made it to Rockhampton, for our 1st private wedding function at the Big Rock Brewery on the river.
Great day for BBQ and a nice nibbles menu to come.

Well forget the Big Mac that's coming soon. We think real food is better. So on trial today we're going with the BIG JOCK😆 B.L.T. With fried brisket patty, BBQ and garlic aioli sauce, Fresh sliced cheese bacon lettuce and tomato.

The dust has barely settled from everyone finishing an awesome weekend at Winterfest Biloela , we would like to say a huge thank you to Kim and Paul for asking us back for another year and the customers who supported us, we are so grateful.
We loved catching up with our festival family Nonno's Pizza and The Wandering Bean, we also loved meeting The Wholefood Kitchen family!
The apprentice was living his best life listening to the great music and playing his own guitar, while catching a Bubba Bishop shirt and getting it signed!
A huge thank you goes to Bubba Bishop, Trent Richardsonn and Rhys Crimmin for taking the time to chat to him and take a photo, another huge thanks goes to Sunday Lemonade and Tennesse Lights for either encouraging him or accepting his complements.
We can't wipe the smile off his face, I bet he won't put his guitar down for a while.
We hope everyone got to their next destination safely and we look forward to more great memories next year!
