If you are wondering what the positions may involve here is a quick description of the roles below!

VICE PRESIDENT👩‍💻 👌🤝
• Assist the President in all duties and represent the Club in the absence of the president.
• Chair meetings in the absence of the president.
• Negotiate with external stake holders, such as venue owners, bands, caterers or potential sponsors.
• Support every committee Member in all tasks and ensure progress is being made.
• Act as a signatory for the Club and the Club account.

SECRETARY ✍️🗂💻
• Keep records of discussions and decisions made in meetings and distribute to Members and BSA through your Google account.
• Keep Members informed about all decisions through regular correspondence.
• Keep a database of current Members and their contact details in Google Drive.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• File all correspondence, including contracts and other agreements and make it available on request.
• Ensure that details of events are kept on file for future committees to use and learn from.

TREASURER💵🔐🧾
• Keep an accurate record of all financial transactions, incoming and outgoing.
• Act as a signatory for the Club account and obtain statements from the LTSA on a regular basis.
• Prepare the Club budget and monitor it closely.
• Keep the committee and Members informed about the Club’s financial situation.
• Liaise with the LTSA if invoices need to be issued and track payment.

PUBLICATIONS / SOCIAL MEDIA CHAIR📱🖥🖨
• Create/ design posters, tickets, event cover photos etc. and post them for the social media platforms and Compile relevant information regarding the event and display it and word it to be easily understood.
• create events on the page with all relevant information and ticket links .
• Liaise with the LTSA to get approval for all designs made before they can be published.
• Understanding of the events Know key information ensure all information is correct.

EVENTS CHAIR🗓🎫📋
• Liaise with venue owners with the logistics on organising an event including times set up pack up.
• Set and stick to a budget for each event.
• Select dates for events ensure no clashes and achievable for majority of members and the committee
• Organise pertaining to an event Menu, Drinks, Theme, decorations, Pricing, Times, Dates , security etc .

MERCHANDISING CHAIR👕🧢✏️
• Liaise with business owners in regard to designing and manufacturing any sort of merchandise e.g. T shirts, pens, hoodies, coffee cups.
• Decide on the sale price and how they are going to be sold and accessible to members.
• Create the designs.
• Liaise with Everyone to get all designs approved before manufacturing.

FUNDRAISING AND SPONSORSHIP CHAIR💸💵📄
• Organise chocolates boxes, sausage sizzles, raffles etc.
• Reach out to local businesses keep and gain rapport with current sponsorship.
• Understanding of the clubs purpose.

YEAR LEVEL REPRESENTATIVES MIDWIFERY/NURSING
Act as a liaison between the committee and the year levels on there needs and wants
Be a helping hand in organising events and fundraising events.
1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year positions available.
