I'd like to congratulate all of my students for their dedication to music last year, with two in particular who were phenomenal at practising EVERY DAY!
A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ANGIE, who is an adult student and still found time to practise EVERYDAY IN 2025!!
I thought that deserved a trophy so here is a pic below of her well-deserved award!!
Harrison also practised almost daily and completed his grade 3 AMEB exam this year, the first exam he has sat as an adult student!
He is now playing pieces of all levels, attempting grade 8 pieces as well as mastering ragtime!
Edmond started lessons in the in-school group keyboard program in primary school and moved into private lessons in high school.
In 2025 he sat his grade 5 Ameb exam as well as continually being dedicated to his high school's band and their performances and starting a part time job.
All of my beginner level students are now reading music and playing hands together, which is lovely to see, especially the younger students, who have impressed me with their concentration and playing skills!
I look forward to seeing what you will all achieve in this new year, and I look forward to welcoming my new students who are starting in Term 1, you can do it!!
