What a fantastic day out at Narooma breakwall
the children had an absolute blast exploring and visiting the seals and Australian rock their faces were priceless so surprised and excited to see just how many seals there were and hear all their funny noises.

we were lucky to have the most perfect weather with bright sunshine blue skies in the water looked incredibly clear and beautiful

to top off a wonderful day we enjoyed some well-deserved hot chips at the park before heading home a day full of fun laughter and unforgettable memories

Introducing Love N Learn BrainGym, facilitated by Nicole Allen

We are currently running sessions during Wednesday before school care at St Bernards OOSH. Cost for BrainGym and BSC is $71.40 and is covered by your CCS.

Brain Gym and educational support clinic opening in March 2026.

1st session = Consultation with family is free.
Cost is $100/hr 1 on 1 sessions or $40/child in a group session.

Dear families and staff

We would like to share some bittersweet news with our oosh community.

This Friday (tomorrow) Will be the last day for two of our wonderful team members Claire and Sophie who are both moving onto exciting new chapters.

Sophie is heading off to Melbourne to begin her university journey. While we will miss having her with us day to day. We are hopeful we may see her again During the school holidays. Sophie has been a fantastic casual educator during her time at our service and we are so grateful for her energy and care she brought to OOSH.

Claire is pursuing her dream with a new job opportunity and as a result will no longer be seeing her friendly face around oosh. Claire has been a dedicated and valued staff member for a long time she has supported the service in many roles including as nominated supervisor before stepping down and continuing to help one day a week and throughout the school holidays her commitment leadership and care have had a lasting impact on our service.

Together Claire and Sophie have helped make Oosh fun and inviting workplace for staff and a fun and welcoming environment for your children they’ll both be truly missed but we are incredibly excited for what lies ahead for them.

Please join us in wishing Claire and Sophie all the very best in the next adventures.

What a fantastic way to wrap up the school holidays.

Today we visited Nelligen big 4, enjoying a swim in the pool, jumping on the jumping pillow and cooling off with a splash in the splash park. We also enjoyed a sausage sizzle for lunch a huge thank you to Russell for cooking the BBQ for us.

All children were all so well-behaved and had an amazing time. They’re already asking to come back the next school holidays.

As our school holidays come to an end we would like to thank our incredible team for their fabulous efforts and the children for an amazing six weeks filled with fun laughter and wonderful memories. 

Thank you all and we’re looking forward to the start of the school term.

Free play to relax and ease into the day

NEW! Wednesday morning - BRAIN GYM activities. 🧠 This is a movement based program teaching children to self regulate, and prepare their body and brains for the school day.
This program is implemented by Nicole Allen who is a Brain Gym instructor, and has a Masters degree in special Education. Nicole knows these strategies work, because her own children have participated in Brain Gym and it works.

Lots of laughs, splashing, jumping and front flips off Lexus.

Our new pink rash vest helped us easily Identify who was In our oosh group and made supervision much easier.

What a tee-riff day at tomo golf course. ⛳️

Today we had an amazing time playing mini golf. For many children it was their very first time playing and they absolutely loved it. From joyful laughter to a few impressive hole-in-ones, 🏌🏼‍♀️the the excitement never stopped. 😁Everyone had such a fantastic time that the kids are already asking when we can go back.

What a beautiful day at the creek we loved playing in the warm clear water and building sandcastles on the beach The children had an absolute blast.

A big thank you to Surf lifesaving Australia for our new pink rash vest that we purchased they’ve been a huge help for our staff while supervising such a big group. And our new bright orange hats from hip-pocket .

We also thank the public for their patience with our large number with Broulee vacation care and our Centre combined. We had a total of 47 children and 7staff enjoying the day together.

What an amazing team and such a wonderful day out.
