It’s not just about the simulation… it’s what happens AFTER that counts 💡
Reflection is where the real learning happens.
Breaking down each client/patients case, understanding decisions, and learning how actions impact patient outcomes, that’s how confidence is built and skills are sharpened.
With the support of our CEO Sophie, our students are guided through every step to ensure they’re industry-ready 👩⚕️👨⚕️
Huge shoutout to these legends, who travelled all the way from the Central Coast to Bankstown to complete their practical assessments 🙌 Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!
This is how we prepare the future healthcare workforce — confident, capable, and ready.

When the absolute best comes out of retirement, you know it’s going to be something special.
We are incredibly honoured to have amazing colleagues like Rajni. She is the Queen of V&C, spending what felt like a lifetime with DHM and now stepping back in to support our team preparing candidates for deployment to Katherine Hospital, Darwin.
Our candidates are fortunate to be trained by an absolute legend. Every trick in the book, comprehensive, practical, and hands-on, the kind of training that builds confidence and capability.
A special mention to Unity, 18 years as an RN and continuing to grow, now advancing skills in venepuncture. This is what commitment to professional development looks like.
Wishing the team all the best for your deployment to Katherine. You will be amazing.
Rajni Mudaliar 💛
