Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let my clients and community know that due to starting a full-time role, Wallup Aboriginal Cultural Education will be taking a small step back for a little while as I adjust to balancing work, family, and business.

I will still be taking bookings; however, availability will be limited. If you have something coming up, please reach out as early as possible and I’ll do my best to work out a time to support you.

Thank you all for your continued understanding and support — it truly means a lot.

As we head into the Christmas period, I’ll be taking some time off to enjoy a well-deserved break and spend quality time with my family.

I will be on leave from 20 December 2025 through to 20 January 2026.

If your organisation, business, or childcare service would like to book Cultural Awareness Training or any of my available sessions before this period begins, please feel free to secure a spot early.

I will still be available to respond to enquiries and take bookings during this time; however, no sessions will be facilitated between these dates.

Thank you all for your continued support throughout the year. I look forward to working with you again in 2026.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Wallup Aboriginal Cultural Education.

Cultural education for our youngest students // Recently, our ELC and Junior School students participated in engaging and immersive cultural education sessions hosted by proud Wotjobaluk and Gunditmara woman, Luana Morgan, from Wallup Aboriginal Cultural Education. ELC students learned songs and games using Aboriginal language, while students in Prep–Year 4 took part in a show and tell session exploring traditional tools and materials and how they were made and used before colonisation. Thank you, Luana, for sharing your knowledge and experience with our students and staff.

Today I had the pleasure of running three sessions at Clarendon College Junior School, and what an amazing experience it was!

The Kinder children learnt some language through a fun game — I may have accidentally given away a few answers, hehe — but they absolutely loved it and picked it up so quickly.

I then ran two more sessions with the Grade 1–2 and Grade 3–4 students. What a great bunch of kids! Their engagement, enthusiasm, and the way they answered questions with so much confidence truly impressed me.

I was especially proud of their personalised Acknowledgement — both as a class and individually. It was beautiful to see how much thought they put into it.

A big thank you to Fiona for organising the sessions. I’m looking forward to hopefully returning for more sessions in the near future.

I’ve recently added a feedback form for businesses and schools to complete. If you’ve had a session with me in the past and would like to share your thoughts, please feel free to print the form, fill it out, and scan and email it back.

Your feedback — both positive and constructive — is truly appreciated and helps me continue improving my business for future success.

Thank you!
