I’ve been in this trade for a long time now, literally from the ground up. Having spent years as a bricklayer and builder I wanted to take my passion for my craft much further so I’ve spent the last X years as a teacher of bricklayin
g at the Colchester Institute. They say, if you really want to understand how something is done; teach it. The trouble is that while I enjoy teaching bricklaying, I miss being there at the chalk face myself, so I’ve re-started my building business to re-connect my passion for great brickwork with years of teaching experience. I’m not your average bricklayer. I believe in doing a job well, and the only judge of that is my clients so I make sure that all aspects of my craft and my trade are carried out not only to the highest standards, but also with the needs of my customer in mind. Having a building project going on at home or at work is never easy so I take my time to make sure that, at all stages you are kept informed of progress, that your deliveries and other trades work in a way that will keep you happy and worry free, and that, almost more than anything else, we keep your site as clean and tidy as possible throughout the project.
