I am also currently studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. During my 12-year career in education, I have worked in both the Peel and Kimberley regions and held a range of positions including classroom teacher, TAFE lecturer, curriculum coordinator, project coordinator, specialist consultant, Bushranger Cadet Leader and deputy principal. Throughout my career, I have had t
he opportunity to develop a repertoire of ideas and strategies to support a range of students with their education, behaviour and wellbeing and am excited to put this knowledge into practice in my own family daycare. I grew up in Margaret River and have also lived in Broome, Falcon, and in and around Perth. My husband and I have recently moved to Australind and welcomed our daughter, Mackenzie, to the world. We have spent the last year creating a home where she can learn and grow and can't wait to welcome other young people and their families to share this space. Our family also includes a female chocolate labrador called Charli who has spent a lot of time around children.
