Some of you may have seen STELLA in the pool earlier in the year!! Stella will be assisting Georgia in the pool in term 4! She is a year 11 student and is great with kids. Her calm reassuring energy is great in the pool!

‘Hi all, my name is Georgia. Some of you may know me as I grew up on the Yorke Peninsula, and have recently just moved back! I did some swimming teaching in Adelaide where I taught the learn to swim and vacswim programs! I’m looking forward to meeting you all and teaching your kids how to swim!’

Today I had the privilege of sharing with a beautiful group of new MUMMAS the benefits of Bub swimming lessons (for mums and bubs!)

I got a tour of the new Minlaton Family Centre. &me also host their mums groups from this wonderful centre! A mums group each Thursday for mums and bubs.

Not swimming related but wanted to invite our SWIMMING MUMMAS now swimmings finished.

Are you a Mum looking for exercise where u can bring your baby/ kids?

Wanting to do something for yourself?

Our MONDAY 10:30 mums classes are outdoors so kids can run wild or sleep kn prams while Mums connect, move and enjoy!

You don’t need to be fit
You don’t need to be in shape
You don’t need to be anything other than yourself!!

All classes are at own pace, postnatally safe, on a timer so u just do what u can.

$20 gives you 45 mins for YOU
