Father’s Day Stall Reminder!

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to purchase your Father’s Day Stall gifts through the P&C! 🎉

The stall will be held this Thursday, giving our students the chance to choose a special gift for Dad, Grandpa, Pop, Uncle or another special father figure. 🥰

Our Fathers Day Stall is up & running on the MySchoolConnect App (where you place your child/rens lunch orders) Look out for the P&C store tab.

Our Father's Day Stall will be hosted at school in the hall.

📚🎶 A Symphony of Stories came to life yesterday with an amazing parade of characters, costumes and plenty of imagination!

What a relief that we managed to squeeze in the parade before the rain arrived - talk about perfect timing! ☔️😅

A huge thank you to all our families for putting so much effort into the costumes and helping make the day memorable.

What an amazing Day 1 at the Oztag Champions of Champions at The Kingsway, St Marys! 💙🩵

Our kids played their hearts out today and we could not be prouder of the effort, teamwork and determination they showed in every game.

🏉 Senior Boys: 2 wins, 2 losses
🏉 Senior Girls: 2 wins, 2 losses
🏉 Junior Girls: 3 wins and a draw

An incredible first day against some outstanding competition. Well done to all of our players, coaches and supporters!

🎨🔎 Curious minds on the move!

Our Stage 2 students had a fantastic day exploring the Newcastle Regional Art Gallery yesterday! 🖼️✨

With a fun scavenger hunt to guide their adventure, students were encouraged to look closely, ask questions and get curious about the artworks around them. 👀🔍

From spotting hidden details to sharing their thoughts and discoveries, there was plenty of curiosity, creativity and excitement throughout the day!

We were incredibly proud of how our students behaved and represented ABPS - they were respectful, enthusiastic and engaged from start to finish. It was a wonderful day of learning beyond the classroom.

Please note that due to a change to our school calendar, our Book Week Parade date and time have changed. We apologise for the inconvenience.

📅 NEW DATE: Wednesday 26th August
🕧 Parade: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
🧺 Playground Picnic: 1:30pm – 2:00pm

The excitement is building as we get ready for one of our favourite events of the year – our Book Week Parade! 🌟

We can't wait to see all of the amazing costumes and creative book character creations as we celebrate this year's theme, ✨ Symphony of Stories ✨.

💙 Parents and carers are invited to join us for the parade, then stay afterwards for a playground picnic with your child.

📚 While you're here, be sure to visit our Scholastic Book Fair in the school library! It's the perfect opportunity to purchase a new book, support our school library and inspire a lifelong love of reading.
