October is a special month for me as I fly out to Nepal🇳🇵

Feeling ALL the feels as it gets closer (as Is Zoe) but I know it is going to be incredible and I can’t wait to take her back next time!

To honour this trip, I am donating $5 from every service and event ticket booked this month to the incredible organization Sammunnat Nepal.

Sammunnat Nepal is an organization that my parents are heavily involved in which empowers, supports and provides legal and income generating aid to female survivors of domestic violence and violence in Nepal.

Following the devastating recent floods they are back at work, creating stunning handmade polymer clay jewellery to rebuild their lives and continue supporting women in need.

To bring a piece of this journey to our community, we will have traditional prayer flags up all month long.
Our theme for the October Monthly Luxe is “The Flutter of Peace” (with a special guest)!

Let it be a reminder of peace, resilience and connection.

Thank you for helping me support this beautiful cause.

Let’s send waves of peace and healing from here to Nepal! 🏔️✨

If you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, but secretly feel like you’re falling apart, this work is for you.

Honestly, being the strong one can be exhausting. It is completely normal to slow down over winter, but if you’ve spent the last few months carrying everyone else’s stress on top of your own, you’re probably running on empty by now.

Think of your energy system like a garden hose. (Not very aesthetic but it fits). When you’re constantly stressed and looking after everyone else, that hose gets kinked up. The energy doesn’t flow like it should and you end up feeling blocked, tired, and overwhelmed.

That is exactly where Reiki comes in. It’s just a gentle but powerful way to unkink the hose so things can move again.

It’s incredibly grounding and peaceful.

If you are dealing with a racing mind that won’t let you sleep, feeling lost and uninspired or completely burnt out and foggy, you don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own.

If you’re ready to just lay down and have a rest while filling back up your own reserves, let’s get you booked in for a spring session.

Head to my website for bookings!

You’re sitting in your car. It’s a little after 9 pm. Your mind is quiet, your skin feels fresh, your body feels relaxed, and for the first time in months, you feel a deep sense of clarity about where you are heading.

No rush, no heavy mental load. Just a peaceful, solid connection back to yourself.

If that feels like exactly what your nervous system is craving right now, this is your warm invitation to join me for my special edition Spring event - Space to breathe.

A cozy 2.5 hour evening together to help you unwind, unpack your thoughts and give yourself space and time to connect within. Time to make sure YOU and your goals are seen!

Spring is beautiful, but it often brings that familiar end of year rush. The diary fills up with plans, the pressure builds and suddenly your own goals and needs get pushed right to the bottom of the pile.

Step into this season with an evening for you!

Face masks, supper, soul mapping, intuitive goal setting, DIY oil rollers, restorative yoga and sound healing...

An evening where you have Space To Breathe!

And i’d love to hold this space for you.

Tickets and more details are on the website.

The hardest part of waking up to the feeling of burnout is realising you don’t even have the capacity to change it.

When you are already running on empty, a list of “burnout solutions” just feels like another demand on your non existent time.

So, instead of stripping it all back today…

Can you look at your week ahead. Is there anything on your plate that you actually have the emotional, physical, or mental space to consider doing?

Maybe it’s not a big lifestyle shift.

Maybe it’s just the courage to ask yourself one question: “What if it doesn’t have to be like this?”

That single question is where the cracking stops and the rebuilding begins.

You don’t have to fix everything today. You just have to allow yourself to wonder if a different version of your life is permitted to exist.

Let me know if you’re just holding space for that question this week!

These aren’t homework, assignments or another item on your to do list.

And you aren’t failing if you don’t do them.

These are more like a self care menu. Simple, low pressure tools for when life feels loud and don’t want to repeat old patterns to numb it out.

A gentle nudge back to centre.

Swipe through for a few ‘prescriptions’ that popped up in this week’s reports.

Feel free to save this post so you can come back to them when you need.

Is there one that your body is asking for this week?

Nervous system talk is everywhere!

That and protein.

But this isn’t just a trend. It’s the science of your body’s operating systems.

It’s your brains control tower, (sorry, it’s the old flight attendant coming out) that directs all ‘traffic’ (signals) coming in and out so nothing crashes.

It tells your eyes to blink, your mouth to smile and your brain to learn new things.

Yin yoga is basically the night shift or the quiet skies for your body!

We spend a lot of time in day shift… the tower is frantic. Radio buzzing, loud alerts and too many planes (input) trying to land at once!

This is where yin yoga comes in and clears the runways!

We switch on DND ☮️

The planes can circle slowly, land and turn off their engines.

Each pose turns down the static.

Our body stats to recognise safety. No emergencies.

We enter the maintenance window!

The result… the control tower in the brain feels organised once again.

The screens are clear, the noise is quiet and you’re ready to gently rise again.

I’d love to have you join me and reduce those system overload feels!
