Our students all enjoyed a wonderfully educational and hands on session with Phillip Green today in his Aboriginal Survival Technology sessions!

🦁 Lions Public Speaking 🎤

A huge well done to our speakers last week. A big thank you to Malcolm from the Rostrum Club of Albury for judging. Malcolm passed on how impressed he was regarding our school facilities, the number of students who tried their hand at public speaking and most of all, the quality of our speakers. Lucy B was awarded champion speaker for Stage 2 and Alana runner up. In Stage 3, Noah was our winner with Sophie runner up. All four now have the chance to compete at the Club Final on Sunday, June 28th.

👩‍🏫 Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held for all year levels from Kindergarten to Year 6 on Monday 29th June from 1:00–6:00pm.

📲 Please make a booking through your Compass Parent Portal to meet with your child’s teacher and discuss their first semester of school.

We are so proud of our Year 5/6 boys who played in the grand final under lights last night. They fought hard and only just went down. Congratulations to Mickey on being awarded Best on Ground.

Unfortunately due to illness our canteen will be closed tomorrow, Thursday 11th June. For families who have already placed an order, these will be carried over until next Thursday, 18th June.

Yesterday, our Year 6 students participated in their Confirmation Reflection Day as they continued their preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Through prayer, reflection, discussion, and activities, students explored the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, revisited their baptismal promises, and reflected on what it means to live as disciples of Jesus.

It was a meaningful and prayerful day that helped prepare our students for this important milestone in their faith journey. Please keep our Confirmation candidates in your prayers as they prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation on Friday 19 June. 🕊️
