Men and women are not meant to compete against each other in thier relationships , their brains are wired differently and men and women complement each other we are meant to work together.

Relationships and life are challenging though if you are willing to listen and work together you can work things out.
They may not work out but if you keep learning from your mistake and not blaming each other for them and you can work it out and keep trying together , you just might reconnect with each other .
Listening too another without reacting is challenging but can be achieved if you willing to change and listen.

Most relationship breakdowns don’t start with a fight.
They start with autopilot.
Work gets busy. Business needs you. Commitments pile up.
And without meaning to, the person you care about most gets the leftovers.
You tell yourself: “When things slow down, I’ll be more present.”
But life doesn’t really slow down. It just changes shape.
Then something comes out of left field: stress, bad news, a hard week, a real moment.
And that’s the test:
When everything stops…
Are you truly there for them?
Or are you so switched off you don’t even know how to reconnect?
A few reminders I’m keeping close:
• Being in the same room isn’t the same as being present.
• Connection is built in small moments, not big speeches.
• If you only show up during a crisis, you’ve been absent for the everyday.

What’s one small thing you do to stay connected when life gets busy?

Call now to connect with business.

Stress how do you manage your stress?
I ask that question because a lot of times we take it out on our partners when it has nothing to do with them, they just may had said on thing and it triggers you to explode.
Then your partner feels like you have attacked them. Better to have awareness of how you are feeling and source some strategies to manage your stress and share with your partner how you feel and why your stressed. Openness is one keys to a successful relationship.
