If you or someone you support uses the my NDIS app, thereβs an important update happening.
π± The current version of the app will stop working after Sunday, 31 May.

If automatic app updates are turned ON:
You probably donβt need to do anything.
β οΈ If automatic updates are OFF:
Youβll need to manually update the app before Sunday to keep using it.
How to update:
1. Open the my NDIS app
2. Follow the update prompt that appears
βorβ
3. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and update it manually
This is a good reminder to:
βοΈ Check your apps are up to date
βοΈ Turn on automatic updates where possible
βοΈ Help family members or clients who may not see these notices
