Last day in Bangkok was something I was led to for a long time.

After nearly 3 weeks celebrating my 60 years, I wanted to end the celebrations with something sacred and something that supported me spiritually as I stepped into this next chapter of life.

A Sak Yant is a traditional sacred blessing given by a monk or Ajarn. It combines ancient symbols, prayers and intentions that are believed to offer protection, guidance, strength and spiritual support.

For me, this wasn’t about the tattoo itself.

It was about the intention behind it.

A moment to honour how far I’ve come, acknowledge everything I’ve moved through, and consciously open myself to what is calling me forward.

As I move into this next season of life, my intention is to continue expanding my spiritual gifts, trust my intuition more deeply, and be of greater service to the women who are ready to step into their own healing, wisdom and power.

It was a beautiful, humbling and deeply meaningful experience that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. 🙏💜

There is something incredibly powerful about hearing a woman speak from a place of truth after spending so long carrying the weight of everyone and everything else and then stepping into a vortex of release. 💛

Watching the women inside Soul Immersion open up and share what shifted for them over these past few days honestly fills my heart in the biggest way because you can feel the difference in them.

You can hear it in their voice, see it in their energy and feel the way they begin reconnecting back to themselves again…. It’s honestly one of my favourite things to listen to. 🌊✨

So many women arrive feeling exhausted from constantly pushing through life while trying to hold it all together. They have spent years overthinking, people pleasing, running on empty and feeling disconnected from who they truly are underneath all the roles and responsibilities.

Then something begins to soften.

Their nervous system starts to settle and their heart begins opening again.
Their mind becomes quieter and their truth rises to the surface in a way they can finally hear… 💫

The beautiful woman, in this video shared her biggest takeaway from Soul Immersion VIP Experience along with the message she is choosing to live by moving forward and moments like this are exactly why this work matters so much. 🦋
