We’re pleased to welcome Lliam as our new RTO Manager.
Lliam brings experience across logistics, aviation ✈️, and education, with a background as a flight instructor, freight train driver 🚆, and in administration, finance, and childcare centre operations.

Lliam is committed to transparent and supportive training 🤝

✨ Meet the Trainer: Kirsty ✨

With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, Kirsty is passionate about empowering and inspiring educators at every stage of their journey. Since 2018, she has worked as a trainer, sharing practical insights, real world strategies, and hands on knowledge to support professional growth.

Kirsty is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of educators and helping them feel confident, capable, and supported in their roles. 🌱👶

👋 Meet Skye

Skye joined the AELT team in 2025, bringing experience across early childhood education from educator through to director. This has given her a strong, practical understanding of how services operate and what quality practice looks like day to day.

Based in the Riverland, Skye is passionate about supporting future educators through hands-on, real-world learning. With a background in early childhood education management, she connects training to the realities of running a centre, helping students feel confident, capable, and ready to make a genuine impact in their workplaces. 🌱✨
