We are excited for term 2! We will explore children's interests in animals and sorting data and will engage with the Nature Education Centre to learn more about different creatures. We look forward to reconnecting with Aboriginal Educator Trent Hill to learn more about Aboriginal cultures and storytelling. We will also continue planting in our garden and visit our local Community Garden.

Last week we had a tawny frogmouth in our treehouse and children looked for birds in the reserve next door. This week ducks came into our Ninna Marni garden after families enjoyed a campfire and seed planting. I wonder what animals and plants we'll see next week at the Botanical gardens?

We are excited about term 3! We have brand new mud kitchen furniture and calm nook, and we still have the Flowbars playground equipment for children to experiment with. We look forward to welcoming new and old families next week. 😊

We are running a Clean up Australia day event for footpaths surrounding the kindergarten this Sunday 2nd of March. Please meet at the kindergarten gates anytime between 9:00am and 10:30 am to help pick up rubbish to look after our environment. We will provide bags and gloves for children.
