They’re running a strong cropping operation, but after significant growth, they made a conscious decision:
👉 It’s time to prioritise balance and enjoyment.

Gary returned from the Breath & Breakthrough retreat on a high, a testament to the personal development he’s embraced through FOA. That growth is now flowing directly into how they run their business and lead their team.

Their 12-month goal? “Have the most enjoyable year of farming.”

And they’re bringing it to life with intention:
