A moment of gratitude for The Success Bridge & social media🤍
found me on Instagram years ago (I’m taking an OG follower) and as Mon and her hubby are holidaying here in Adelaide, we were able to meet in person for the first time 🥺
I absolutely love how social media allows to me create beautiful connections and relationships with my followers who are now clients and friends 🤍
Mon started as a client of mine last year. I coached Montana through my signature 6 week breakthrough program, she got such great results and found absolute value in it that she invested into herself and has me as her coach for 6 months.
The growth that Montana has had over the past months has been incredible.
Totally transformed her mindset, habits and her outlook on life.
I see one happy, positive, bubbly woman who is so powerful and worthy of anything she puts her mine too 🤍
Ladies, when you focus on being healthy and actually create consistent sustainable habits, your physical results will come too.
Montana has not only refocused her whole mindset but she has also dropped 8kgs since starting at The Success Bridge.
It was so lovely to meet you and Tom in ‘real life’ haha ❤️🤍
Cannot wait to continue to support & coach you as not only a valued client but now a beautiful friend.

Hello Thursday!
Decided to show up at the gym this morning with an all black, sleek kinda look 😝
First stop, frothy cappuccino.
I’m so proud of myself for making a new habit about 2 months ago.
For a couple of years, Daniel and I got into the habit of having a coffee first thing in the morning. Literally as soon as we woke up- it was coffee time.
For me personally, I found that coffee suppressed my appetite. This meant by breakfast time, I wasn’t even hungry.
I made the decision to change things up. Now, within 30mins of waking I have eaten my breakfast FIRST.
I wake up hungry now which is what I want.
Once I’ve eaten then I can enjoy my frothy cappuccino.
It’s working well 🙌🏽
Would love to hear what you do, are you a coffee drinker? Do you have your coffee first thing in the morning? Is coffee your breakfast 😝

You are one decision away from a completely different life. 🕺🏽
Let me remind you, how you start your day determines how you create your life.
Are you snoozing through your morning?
Are you snoozing through your life?
🚫 Are you snoozing through your unlimited potential?
Decide to do something for yourself TODy that’s going to help you get ONE step closer to where you must be.
If it’s a want, you’ll stay the same.
If it’s a must, you’ll do whatever it takes.
Power of language is key 🔑

Working on being self aware and discipline is huge for me. This aspect is also what I coach my clients on. 👏🏼
Self-discipline is the ability to push yourself forward and take action, regardless of how you're feeling, physically or emotionally.
You're showing it when you intentionally choose to pursue something better for yourself, and you do it in spite of factors such as distractions, hard work, no time etc.
Self-discipline is different from self-motivation or willpower.
Motivation and willpower contribute to it, as do persistence, the ability to follow through on your intentions, and hard work.
There have been numerous times where I just couldn’t be bothered to move my body but I DO it anyway & I encourage you to work on this as this is what helps with consistency.
Here are 3 tips for you;
🤍 Try to avoid distractions- when you begin to develop your self-discipline. Make it harder to engage in the activity you're trying to avoid.
🤍 It's important to reward yourself when you experience success. Celebrating your accomplishments will keep things fun, and strengthen your resolve to keep going.
🤍 Don't let a fear of failure or an occasional setback discourage you. All of us experience setbacks and failures – they're parts of life! Acknowledge that you slipped up, learn the lesson, and move on.
Now it’s time to get to work 👌🏼
Double tap if you found this helpful ♥️

Working on yourself is something that I value so much.
Hence why I have a business that solely focuses on this. 👏🏼
Nothing gives you greater confidence than knowing that, regardless of your problems, you are working to solve them.
Deciding to address your own issues/problems is a magical moment.
After the decision, you feel empowered.
Amazingly, your problems haven’t changed in this moment of decision.
Your attitude has merely shifted.
It is this shift that makes all the difference.
Get uncomfortable, take the leap, do the work and life will be so much better 💫

How you do anything is how you do everything. 🔥
I’ve always learnt that greatness and success is found in the 1%ers, the details.
From how you feed your mind and body to how you nourish your soul.
How you show up for yourself and how you show up for others.
The biggest lesson ive learnt over the years is there is no point in taking short cuts; it may feel good at first, but eventually, you will look back and wish you would have given it your all.
I get questions like what motivates you Clauds? Nothing motivates me, motivation is overrated. It’s my environment that matters more, its my discipline to continue to become the best version of myself. 🤩
I always ask myself everyday, how can I be better today? What actions do I need to implement today, tomorrow, next week, next month to do more, be more and impact/serve more.
We will never get this exact second, moment, day, or year back, so enjoy every second, do your best, and build a life that brings you joy and you can be proud of.
Take the responsibility, no one else can do it for you.
Greatness won’t always be easy, but it will always be worth it.
& let me tell you girlfriend, you’re worth it all.

It might take you 30 days to create a habit, but that habit could change your life for the 30 years.
It might take you 1 hour to complete a workout, but it will keep you in a good mood for the next 12 hours.
It might take you 30minutes to complete a morning routine, but it will build momentum for the rest of the day.
It might take you 5 hours to read a book, but you’ll keep the knowledge forever.
It might take you 3 months to learn a new skill, but the skill could make you millions.
Long-term thinking really is the key.
Have a great week all. x

I remember when I used to get so frustrated because I wasn’t seeing or feeling any results from the hard work I was putting in towards my health goals. 😞
I was in what’s called the ‘valley of disappointment’.
I was feeling super discouraged - I’m not sure if any of you can relate?
I remember calling my coach at the time crying and he was like Claudssss, be patient, it takes time...
Since that point I decided to change my mindset and I started to learn to enjoy the process and funny enough, once I started to fall inlove with the process, the results started to come. 🙏🏽
🗣 I stopped focusing on the end goal and rather so, focused on just being healthy.
For me personally, I now look back and I’m happy that my transformation wasn’t an overnight success.
It hasn’t been weeks, nor months .. my journey has been over a couple of years.
So, if you have just started out on your own journey, I hope you can read this and shift your mind to focusing on sustainable and long term health rather than a quick, short fix.
Healthy habits for a lifetime is what my goal is and is something that I encourage my clients to focus on.
Your body deserves to be treated with nothing but goodness 💛
Work on yourself and if you don’t know what you’re doing or feeling stuck- invest in yourself.
You can’t put a price on your health 🤍
