There are always so many ways to get involved at Our Saviour.
This week is another wonderful example of our vibrant school community in action!
From sport and music, to our Building Blocks Playgroup, there is plenty happening across the school.
Our Year 4, 5 and 6 students are especially excited about their Market Stalls on Friday. They have worked so hard to create a range of different items for families to purchase and enjoy.
Plus, on Friday we will also be supporting the Socceroos in the World Cup with a Green & Gold Dress Up Day. ๐๐
A big thank you to our staff, students, families and volunteers who help bring these activities to life.

What a fantastic effort from our students. โค๏ธ
Today we held a Skipping Lunch Club, run by one of our wonderful parents, as we warm up for our Jump Rope for Heart day on the last day of term.
It has been wonderful to see so many students embracing our sports programs, getting active and supporting such an important cause.
We are also thrilled to share that our students have already raised $1,500, reaching our fundraising goal! Although we are still accepting donations.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Jump Rope for Heart so far. ๐ชขโค๏ธ

What a beautiful way to end the week. ๐
Spotted over Our Saviour recently, this rainbow was a lovely reminder that brighter moments often appear when we least expect them.
Wishing our school community a wonderful Friday and a relaxing weekend ahead. ๐๐

Today marks the final day of National Reconciliation Week.
At Our Saviour, we are committed to helping our students develop respect, empathy and appreciation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and histories, while recognising the important role we all play in building stronger communities.
Through experiences in the classroom exploring the stories, traditions and perspectives of First Nations peoples, we encourage our students to grow as compassionate, curious and respectful members of the community.
As National Reconciliation Week draws to a close, we reflect on the importance of connection, understanding and action, not just this week, but every day.

A friendly reminder that there will be no Building Blocks Playgroup this Friday due to the pupil free day.
We hope all of our families enjoy the extra day and have a wonderful long weekend together.
Playgroup will return on Friday 12 June and continue as usual each Friday until the end of term. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for more exploring, creating, learning and fun together. ๐๐

This Motherโs Day, we want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank all of the mums, grandmothers and special people in our studentsโ lives who care, encourage and support them each day.
Whether itโs helping with homework, reading together, cheering from the sidelines or simply being there with love and guidance, the impact you have is deeply valued within our school community.
We also recognise that Motherโs Day can bring a mix of emotions and experiences for many people. This weekend, we hold close in our thoughts those for whom the day may feel difficult.
We hope our families are able to spend some meaningful time together this weekend. ๐๐
