The Faces of Our MOOC!

The MOOC started with around 3300 registered participants from more than 100 countries. This is truly an example of impressive international diversity. We're so glad you're here and we want to show it!

Over the coming weeks a short video documentary about the MOOC will be produced. And this should be our common effort! The whole MOOC community is what the Leadership Journey is about, so let's start getting to know us better. Send us short personal videos for the documentary, telling us who you are, where you are from, and why you have decided to take part in the MOOC. Let everybody get to know your faces and maybe even a little bit about where you live – and about your work!

Two MOOC-volunteers are wanted that will get the chance to tell a more detailed story in our documentary. If you would like to take over this specific role, please get in touch with us! [email protected]

The deadline for personal video submissions is April 28th. Please post the link to the Video here, on twitter or on the MOOC Space itself, https://gc21.giz.de/ibt/var/app/wp342P/1867/.

If you can see yourself as one of the two special faces in our documentary, please get in touch before April 15th! [email protected]

#leadershipMOOC Transformation 02/04/2014

Leading Transformation (29:13)

Confronted with unprecedented natural depletion, social inequity and economic instability at the same time, the call for a paradigm shift in our development path or a great transformation of our societies is becoming ever louder. At the same time, many change-makers feel overwhelmed by the complexity of this task and frustrated by the massive resistance to change in existing systems. Maja Göpel explains the 101 of system transformation concepts, typical phases in change processes, which interventions are promising when, why to be patient in some and fast in others, and which strategic preparations for tipping points increase the chances the emerging system changes resemble your vision.
