1. What is the effect of negative/positive emotions?
All emotions cause a change in our entire being.
We change our posture, gestures, facial expressions
Our energy bodies change according to the frequency of the emotion
In the soul aura layer (emotional body) these emotions show up as changed color aspects
Overall, it can be said that the whole world is touched by our emotions because we resonate with all of creation

2. How do emotions arise?

Emotions arise when we are confronted with challenges within us
Provoke a re-action.
This re-action arises through the “interpretation” of our 5 senses. Depending on the development of consciousness, this then has an effect as “anger” – “joy” – “sadness” etc.

Our values and what we believe about them govern our emotions. Our world view is put together like a puzzle of body, soul and spirit.
First is the word - the word is information - information creates an image, a vision.
This image is linked according to our consciousness/experience and complex structures emerge. An emotion is always a living being, an interpreted, animated inner image that has a strong influence on our lives.

Emotions popp up through our Senses:
Eyes and what we see
Ears and what we hear
Touch and how it feels
taste and how it taste
smell and how it smells

Wie entstehen Emotionen?
Emotionen entstehen, wenn wir mit Herausforderungen konfrontiert werden, die in uns
Eine Re-Aktion hervorrufen.
Diese Re-Aktion entsteht, durch das „Interpretieren“ unserer 5 Sinne. Je nach Entwicklung des Bewusstseins wirkt sich das dann aus als „Wut“ – „Freude“ – „Trauer“ usw.

Unsere Werte und was wir darüber glauben, sind die Lenker unserer Emotionen. Unser Weltbild ist zusammengesetzt wie ein Puzzle aus Körper – Seele – und Geist.
Zuerst ist das Wort – das Wort ist Information – Information erzeugt ein Bild, eine Vision.
Dieses Bild wird entsprechend unserem Bewusstsein / Erfahrung verknüpft und es entstehen komplexe Gebilde. Eine Emotion ist also immer ein Lebewesen, ein interpretiertes, belebtes inneres Bild, das eine starke Einwirkung in unser Leben hat.
