ingREeS

Project ingREeS has moved to its next phase. Thus it requires our continual care and attention. This is the reason for origin of an internal working group within SKSI which consists of prof. Benko, Ing. Funtík, Mgr. Zatkalíková, Ing. Fukas and Mgr. Slobodníková.

We meet regularly on a weekly basis in the spaces of the Slovak Chamber of Civil Engineers. These meetings which are held at least once a week are dedicated to the planning of further steps, solution of urgent situations, coordination of activities as well as to the synchronization of the process which is required by time schedule of the project.

„KICK-off Meeting“ of project ingREeS „Training of Trainers“ (TOT) will be held on October 25, 2016 in the building of Slovak University of Technology (Faculty of Civil Engineering) in Bratislava.

All the partners of project are expected to participate at this meeting (SKSI, SPS, ZSPS, StU SvF, BOK, SEVEN, TU GRAZ, VIAEUROPA).

The goal of this meeting will be the introduction of the project to the trainers together with its goals, content and extent. Meantime the module guarantees and experts will be introduced. Training of trainers will be under way during this meeting. The aim of this training is to introduce the coordination of cooperation, didactic methods used for education programme as well as specified extent of each module in detail. Time schedule will be specified in the frame of TOT as well as further meetings of guarantees, experts and trainers.

We truly hope this KICK-off Meeting will be at least as challenging and inspirational as were all the previous ones.

Conference „Building authorities“ which took place in Jasná on September 6 and 7, 2016 and which was held with support of the Ministry of Transport, Building and Regional development of SR achieved its ends.

Target group of this conference were all employees of public and civil administration in the field of construction and building together with heads of construction administration as well as representatives of many building and engineering authorities from private sector.

This year’s conference goal was to focus public attention to issues related to building code. Speeches included in the programme pointed out the necessity of preparation of new building code. Many very important articles about authorised civil engineers and authorised architects were presented and discussed as well.

Chairman of the Slovak Chamber of Civil engineers, Mr Vladimír Benko, welcomed all the participants in his opening speech. He underlined the need of creation of new building code. He also stressed the necessity of qualification and continuing education of all civil engineers, authorized architects and engineers as well as of all professionals working in construction and building field. He introduced ingREes project as a very valuable tool for setting up qualification and continuing education scheme for middle and senior level professionals on energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in buildings.

This year’s conference hosted more than 250 participants. We are happy to tell that many representatives of the Ministry of Transport, Building and Regional development of SR, the Ministry of Environment of SR, the Ministry of Interior of SR as well as representatives of the Slovak Chamber of Civil Engineers together with many building authorities and professionals interested showed their interest in issues mentioned above and took part in this conference.

This way we would like to thank all the participant and we truly hope next year’s conference will bring further interesting speeches, panel discussions and new solutions to many issues.

From 6 to 7 December 2016 the "BUILD UP Skills 9th EU exchange meeting" will take place in Athens on behalf of EASME. Main target of this meeting is to exchange experiences between national BUILD UP Skills projects and clarification of further cooperation.

On 12 October 2016 the PSC (Project Steering Committee) meeting will take place at BOKU campus in Vienna. Main agenda of meeting contains review of training modules, review of internal and external risks, progress report and review of project activities for year 2017.

An introduction WP4 meeting of ingREeS project Training of Trainers (TOT) took place in the spaces of building of Foundation for architectural and building development ABF at Wenceslas Square in Prague on 9 September 2016. Guarrantees of five education and training programmes for middle and senior level building professionals on energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in building, as well as key lectors for realization of training in accessible region of Vysoké Mýto and accessible region of Ostrava together with members of realization team of ingREes project represented the Czech national part.

Centre point of this meeting was to: 1. introduce the ingREeS project (technical documentation), 2. content of the ingREeS project (goals, themes and extent), 3. pedagogical part of training (form of education and individual modules) and coordination during the identification of future trainers and their addressing.

Another TOT meeting took place on 5 October 2016 in Ostrava and next one will take place on 25 October 2016 at STU (Slovak University of Technology) campus in Bratislava.
