Ihr seid alle herzlichst eingeladen, an unserer Einweihungsfeier unseres neuen und tollen Carp Centers teilzunehmen! Beginn ist 14:00 Uhr. Jeder ist willkommen auch Snacks oder Getränke mit zu nehmen. Wir freuen uns schon auf euch!

On last Saturday, December 14th our traditional CARP Christmas dinner took place. A total of 20 participants accepted the invitation to experience a beautiful and cheerful evening. Everyone should bring a traditional dish or side dish from their hometown. This resulted in a diverse mix of different delicacies, which everyone was enjoying greatly. During the evening there was a time for performances, Christmas carols, games and even a dance. It was a very nice and joyful atmosphere and at the same time a worthy end to this year. Thanks again to everyone who came or otherwise supported, and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!🙏🌲🎁🥳

Letzte Woche hatten wir unsere erste Wanderung als CARP nach dem Sommer!
11 Leute haben sich dazu entschlossen gemeinsam den Lainzer Tiergarten zu erkunden.
Wir konnten viel Energie tanken und uns austauschen, und einmal die unberührte Natur erleben! :-)

Last Saturday we decided to go out to the “Donauinsel”, a small island in the middle of Vienna.
It was a beautiful day when we gathered at the island, and everyone was excited for the ride.
After almost 2 hours we already reached the one end of the Donauinsel and could enjoy the fabulous view. We could see how wonderful our surrounding nature is so that we could remember to be thankful for every moment.
We took a few things to eat and a blanket, so we could have a small picknick together. Respect for one muslim participant who fasted because of Ramadan, but still managed to participate well.
Afterwards we rode back, and with many one-to-one conversations on our bikes we concluded the day with a fabulous sunset. Thank you to everyone participating, and hope to see you again soon!!

Thank you so much for the experience at the latest 1 day workshop!
The motto was “Be the Change” and throughout the day we could experience and learn about what it means to change ourselves and this world for the better.
We had many fruitful discussions where we could exchange our ideas and get to know each other more.
Through activities and games we could enjoy our community and learn to work together in teams.
In the end many felt they could grow and learn a lot so we are already looking forward to our next workshop! 😊

Ihr habt sicher nicht vergessen dass wir uns vor 2 Wochen auf eine tolle Wanderung begeben haben, durch die Hügel und Wälder des Wienerwalds!
Mit insgesamt 20 Teilnehmern konnten wir unserem Ziel näher kommen, die wunderbare Natur gemeinsam erleben, daraus Energie tanken um später viele schöne Erlebnisse wieder mit nach Hause zu nehmen.
Es gab genug Zeit für Gespräche oder einfach die Natur zu genießen. Bei der Hälfte des Weges gab es die Chance Kraft zu sammeln und unsere Ballkünste zu verbessern. Sogar eine Drohne war mit dabei, die wie durch ein Wunder eine Kollision mit dem Ball vermeiden konnte 😉

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in last week’s cooking competition!!
It was a bit of a different event this time, so all of us were quite curious what we could expect. In the beginning we were gathering to explain what exactly needed to be done. Everyone should get the chance to dive into the Italian cuisine and experience this culture first hand!
Since it should be a (friendly) competition, we split up in two teams. Each team got a set of ingredients and recipes for several dishes which we were eager to try out.
Of course, it would not be a competition if it were not rated at the end, which was done very extensively by our cooking judges. Some participants could even gain surprising insights from the competition. As in life, when things do not turn out the way you want them to, make the best out of the situation (one team prepared beautiful fruit glasses instead of a planned cake).
In the end of course there was the chance to have an “All you can eat” buffet from our dishes and especially try the self made dishes from each of the teams.
It has been a great and fun evening, thank you everyone for making it memorable 😊
