As the conference draws to a close we have one last special day today: The programme continues and ventures from the conference hall outside! 🌿🌍 The international conference guests have the incredible opportunity to take part in technical excursions to the Esterhazy Winery for organic soybeans & wine 🍷 and the IAEA laboratories Seibersdorf of the International Atomic Energy Agency (Joint FAO/IAEA Division) 🧪 – the world leading institution in plant mutation research and mutation breeding. 🌱
We’re happy to wrap up the conference by showing off these special places in addition to the beauty and history of Vienna in guided tours! 🏰✨

Join us at the WSRC and hear the talk from Jens Tuider, ProVeg International. Food system transformation away from animal agriculture is both a multiproblem solution for many of the world's most urgent challenges, and presents a number of unique opportunities.

Alternative proteins play a key role for food systems transformation, and soy plays a key role within alternative proteins as it provides multiple, mutually reinfocing options towards replacing animal products. The future of soy is definitely food - shaping the future of what we eat.
