The Main Salmon River has some fun, splashy rapids, some mellow, relaxing stretches, and zero need for prior experience. Just show up, trust your guides, and let the river do its thing.

We still have a few spots left at our June camp here in Central Oregon. Created by women, for you! Enjoy a carefully curated schedule of women-led activities, a fun and supportive learning environment, and the joy of having somebody else take care of you. This long weekend is beginner friendly and all inclusive so all you have to do is show up.
Stay at a recently renovated historic Lakeside resort in the Cascade Mountains, eat chef prepared meals, and sleep in cute cabins with private bathrooms. You don't actually have to camp at camp. 😉

Meet Tonya Cornett our
Tonya Cornett, a name that anyone who loves beer will instantly recognize, is based here in Bend, OR. Her fearless leadership in the beer industry has pushed boundaries in the industry and has brought innovative styles and flavors to our community's palates. Tonya and her team continue to expand UPP Liquids beyond just beer into the world of ciders, seltzers, mead, and more surprise beverages. Having recently won 5 medals and Brewer/Brewery of the Year at Great American Beer Fest 2025, you won't want to miss out on these brews!
UPP Liquids - Uniting People and Places through handcrafted craft beverages - is the newest brewery in Bend, OR and a collaborative effort between internationally awarded local brewers.

Still riding the high from our night with of Jeska, the Team Leader of the Full Circle Expeditions Arctic Team, shared about her team’s upcoming 2026 Greenland ski traverse honoring the legacy of Matthew Henson, the first African American to reach the North Pole in 1909.
Hearing Jeska break down what it takes to plan an expedition to the North Pole felt like stepping right into the heart of the Arctic—cold winds, big dreams, and the kind of courage that makes you want to lace up your boots and chase something wild.
And this community showed up with so much heart. Together we raised $650 to support Jeska’s journey north. Every dollar, every conversation, every woman in that room added fuel to her expedition.
Nights like this remind us why we gather: to be inspired, to cheer each other on, and to remember that adventure grows bigger when we share it.
Here’s to bold women, big landscapes, and stories that make us want to push our own limits.

Join us on Feb. 24th where Bend local Jeska Clark, the Expedition Leader of the Full Circle Arctic Team, will share about her team’s 2026 Greenland ski traverse honoring the legacy of Matthew Henson, alongside the science and documentary work capturing the real demands of modern polar exploration.

The 4th annual Empowering Women Through Adventure speaker series kicked off with a wave of excitement with Kristen Hofer, a Bend local and part of a powerful team of four women, who paddled unsupported from California to Hawaii in 40 days!
We were so inspired by the work it took to get to the starting line and once they did, the amazing feat that they were capable of. This was such a good reminder to get out there and put in the work to try something new and believe in ourselves.

I have always tried to keep this space centered on community — on the beauty of women gathering, on shared stories, on adventure, and on the joy of discovering how much we have in common — and this won't change.
That being said, I have been struggling for a while with the weight of all that is happening here, and abroad, while also trying to focus on this business. It is impossible not to acknowledge what is happening right now and the weight so many of us are carrying. Know that you are not alone.
I am overwhelmed, outraged, horrified. This goes beyond party lines or political identity. This is about basic human decency and our safety.
If you are feeling grief, anger, confusion, or fear — you are not alone.
