“Today’s Trivia”
Behind me is the Basílica Nuestra Señora de los Dolores in Villa Dolores, Córdoba, Argentina. This historic church was first built in 1858 and later rebuilt after the 1861 earthquake. It was declared a basilica in 2011 and is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows — the city’s beloved patron saint. Every September 15, locals celebrate her feast with processions and prayers that fill the streets.”
