Argentine Debating Association "A good leader can engage in a debate frankly and thoroughly, knowing that at the end he and the other side must be closer, and thus emerge stronger", NM.

ADA is the Official organization that holds debating activities in Spanish, English and French in Argentina for high-school, university and professional levels. We are dedicated to inspiring citizen participation and informed discussion in all levels of society. ADA holds the certified representation of Argentina in the International Debating Competitions and Tournaments.

The II Interregional Tournament is coming! 🏆🎤

Six regions, thirty selected students, and three weeks of intensive training leading up to a unique competition.

On September 17 and 18, regional teams will compete in a two-day virtual round-robin tournament, with the top two teams advancing to the final.

Seis regiones, treinta estudiantes seleccionados y tres semanas de entrenamiento intensivo para prepararse para una competencia única.

El 17 y 18 de septiembre, los equipos regionales competirán durante dos días en un torneo virtual con formato round-robin. Los dos mejores equipos avanzarán a la final.

Our journey at WSDC Kenya 2026 comes to an end with a performance that makes our country incredibly proud! 🇰🇪
Team Argentina finished the preliminary rounds with 4 wins and 12 ballots, achieving our best WSDC team record in over a decade. 🇦🇷

We were proudly represented by the following debaters:
-Candela Merli | Colegio Patris
-Constanza Bujía | Northlands School
-Lucía Praino | Colegio North Hills
-Juan Cruz Rossini | Holy Trinity College
-Santiago Alexander Sorrosal | St. Andrew’s Scots School
Individually, all of our speakers also delivered outstanding performances, with three of our debaters finishing among the Top 10 Best South American speakers:
