Habits aren´t destiny!

Chefes que pensam: "Se invisto nele e ele me ultrapassa em competência?!"

Chefes que pensam: "Se invisto nele e ele vai para outra empresa ganhar mais?!"

Chefes que pensam: "Se invisto nele e ele ainda me rouba o lugar?!"

Chefes que pensam: "Eu quando estive no lugar dele também não tive ninguém a investir na minha formação!"
