31/05/2022

It’s official! Our website is live 🔍
⠀
After our prelaunch, we have had so many nightmares in our lives. Me and Alen lost a dear family member 💔, then got covid, and are so heartbroken. We didn’t work properly for a month and didn’t know what will happen to bba.
⠀
However, our team was so supportive, so caring, so professional, that they built everything without us, they have done a tremendous job, for which we are both grateful 🥹
⠀
And now, you guys can visit us and place your orders!!! We have an amazing blog section too!
⠀
While I’m typing this caption, I see orders coming 📦 and that’s making my heart skip a beat.
⠀
Blessed, grateful, hopeful 🙏🏻🤍
⠀

Sun, Heat & the Skin ☀️
⠀
What happens to our skin when summer approaches? Awareness of this topic can help you understand the most and then come up with the right solutions.
⠀
What are the 3 main factors that affect the skin directly?
⠀
- Sun
- Warm weather
- Air conditioners everywhere
⠀
SUN
⠀
Of course, I am against "the fear and hatred" towards the sun, because the sun is a vital necessity and nowadays, the most dangerous source is the toxic care products that are provided to us every day. Still, we should not forget about the sun's UV rays at zenith in the summer. What about this? These lead to dryness of the skin, aging, and damage to the skin's protective barrier. And if you are going on a beachy vacation, remember that the rays will not bounce off the water. Find the most appropriate face and body sunscreen and update it every two hours.
⠀
WARM WEATHER
⠀
In the heat of summer, we dehydrate quickly, so our skin's main task in the summer is to stay hydrated. Coconut water, in particular, is very hydrating. Of course, let's not forget about ordinary water, various infusions, and fresh fruits. What about warm weather? Dehydrated skin, strong fat production, dead skin layer. The mixture of all this can lead to summer acne, irritation, redness.
⠀
AIR CONDITIONERS
⠀
It is our salvation in the summer heat, but the skin's enemy. Air conditioners blow cold air into the room, which dries up our skin and lips. 30-50% humidity should be maintained in the room. The only way out is to have a humidifier and keep your skin moisturized
⠀
In the coming posts, I will continue the topic of summer care, and if you have any questions or suggestions, I will be happy to answert them!
⠀
☀️ summer & the skin series are started!

I’m back! 🌿
⠀
It was the first time ever that I did not work for a month.
⠀
We will talk about this process later, but now I want to work hard, and get back to my organized schedule and my productive structure with its lightness. At the moment I want to decide what topics I want to create content on, so you can write your ideas in the comments as well.
⠀
What topics are you interested in?
⠀

I know, I know, nowadays it is difficult to find skincare that...
⠀
- will give you long-term happiness, instead of short-term
⠀
- will not be another pretty Instagram feed worthy packaging, but something actually useful
⠀
- will not solve a simple problem but is complex and multifunctional
⠀
- will not endanger one's health in the short or long term
⠀
- will not contain even a tiny amount of "tested, permissible" toxic components because we use different products from the same "permissible poisons" during the day, and then we have to calculate the toxic substances absorbed through the skin that we do not even know
⠀
And what does the market offer us?
⠀
Giant mass-produced products that, even if they have few ingredients and are non-toxic and at their best quality, they will just moisturize your skin, and that's about it. Some might perform some primitive function, but they will not nourish the skin, give ingredients that strengthen and complete your skin's barrier. Nor will they provide long-term care, and the skin will be just "fast food eaten-satiated." Instead, imagine an organism with a balanced diet of organic fruits and vegetables, and the organs are deeply moisturized, microfiber mastered, enriched at a higher level ...
⠀
I have singled out a few simple rules for you🌿
⠀
- Choose not by the shortness of the ingredients list but by the value
⠀
- Choose brands that are transparent about the quality of their components and production processes
⠀
- Choose brands that share your philosophy - conscious, caring about nature, quality? Ask yourself, does the brand share my values?
⠀
- Finally, do you feel like a "family or community" member of the brand? If so, it's yours.
⠀
Always buy with heart and consciousness, and a lot will change in your life as well as in the life of our planet 🌎

quality over quantity,
conscious choices over hype,

once you experience “quality”, you’ll never go back to what’s common.

900 bba products, 3 great books 📚, green card, and many more …
⠀
had one of these super productive weeks and I’m happy, although slept less than normal. I told you once that I enjoy formulating so much, because I can focus, deeply focus on the process, and focus is a remedy for brain 🧠
⠀
3 audiobooks that I enjoyed while formulating:
⠀
• “ The third door”, haven’t had tears for a long time, this book made me emotional, since I had very similarities with Alex
⠀
• “This is marketing “, learned so much, and understood that marketing is actually a very genuine tool when you use it with moral values, which I have been doing without ever realizing
⠀
• Matt Mochary “The great CEO within: The tactical guide to company building “, needed this so much, since I’ve almost always been a solopreneur and now I have a growing team
⠀
Hope you have a great weekend 🤍
⠀

Most fav books 📖
⠀
By no means did I want to make this list for you, but you guys have always wanted to get it. I have compiled a list of books that have been great sources of personal growth, philosophy, relationships, and inspiration. In advance, some are very heavy and may even be dangerous for your mental state at the moment (this was the main reason why I did not want to share the list with you, but it is already impossible). I will do another disclaimers as well, I don't agree with everything written in these books, nor do I carry the wisdom of everyone. I am always learning and changing.
⠀
I hope the list helps those interested find answers to their questions.
⠀
