Verbëri pedagogjike ndaj realitetit të fëmijës:

Kur shkolla nuk pyet për të vërtetën e nxënësit,
por vetëm për përgjigjen “e saktë” dhe shkrimin “brenda vijave”,
fëmija mëson diçka shumë herët:
që realiteti i tij nuk ka rëndësi.

Një fëmijë që s’ka bërë kurrë pushime,
shkruan për pushime.
Një fëmijë që nuk ka lojë,
shkruan për lojëra.
Jo sepse gënjen,
por sepse po përshtatet me atë që pret sistemi.

Këtu nuk kemi problem shkrimi.
Kemi problem dëgjimi.

Kur mësuesi sheh vetëm vijat e fletores
dhe jo jetën pas lapsit,
arsimimi pushon së qeni zhvillim
dhe kthehet në kontroll.

Shkrimi rregullohet me kohën.
Heshtja emocionale lë gjurmë.

Sa here t'i themi nje vajze "bej pune shtepie se do shkosh te burri" dhe djalit "rri te keqen se je çun ti, mos prek gje me dore", kemi perforcuar stereotipet qe e bejne te pashendetshme nje familje ku duhet te kontribojne te gjithe;

Sa here t'i themi nje djali "mos qaj se je burre" dhe vajzes "keshtu e kane gocat, qajne gjithe kohes" kemi perforcuar stereotipin qe e ben djalin te ndjehet agresiv dhe vajzen te ndjehet e dobet;

Sa here t'i themi nje vajze luaj me kukulla, kuzhina e bizhuteri dhe nje djali luaj me pistoleta e robote, kemi perforcuar stereotipin qe e shtyn njerin te jete sherbetor shtepie me hir a me pahir dhe tjetrin agresiv edhe kur nuk e ka ne gjak;

Sa here u themi djemve qe, burrat e vertete e mbajne familjen me buke dhe jane koka e familjes dhe nga ana tjeter i themi vajzes qe duhet t'i nenshtrohet babait e burrit dhe punen (po e lane te punoje) ta kete per qejf e jo per te mbajtur familjen, kemi perforcuar tmerrin dhe depresionin e burrave, sepse ne periudhat e jetes se tyre kur nuk gjejne pune (gje qe ndodh) dhe grate e tyre punojne, ata ndjehen te kercenuar se po u cenohet roli i tyre;

Sa here...(shtoni vete c'te doni)...i bejme keto gjera ne dukje normale, kontribojme ne rritjen e dhunes me baze gjinore, ne rritjen e dhunes nga i forti tek i dobti fizikisht, ne shkaterrimin e shendetit te familjes qe eshte berthama me e fuqishme e shoqerise!

Derisa kjo shoqeri te edukoje nxitjen e te egrit dhe shkeljen e te butit, do vazhdojme te degjojme kasaphana ne familje e ne shoqeri...sidomos ndaj grave e femijeve! Ndaj nese keni femije, vajza apo djem qofshin, mesojini me nje familje ku kontribojne te gjithe sipas mundesive pa role te semura e te prapambetura gjinore, por me marrdhenie te shendetshme te bazuara ne respekt per tjetrin e mbi te gjitha ne dhembshuri per tjetrin. Çdo prind, edukator, mesues e influencues ka ne dore te ardhmen e nje kombi te tere!

Kur i kritikoni vazhdimisht femijet tuaj, ata nuk pushojne se ju dashuri juve, por veten e tyre...

Many adults resort to violence because they don’t have the skills to solve problems in a healthy way. We often don’t have the skills because we didn’t see or experience them enough when we were growing up. Then they grow up to be the adults who don’t have the skills to solve problems in a healthy and effective way, so they resort to violence when things don’t go their way with their kids. That’s how these vicious generational cycles continue. BUT It takes one person in the cycle to decide to break it. Let that be you. It isn’t as easy as just deciding to break the cycle though. After we make that conscious decision, the real work begins. The work is unlearning the fear, control, and judgement patterns of behavior. The work is learning connected, collaborative, and conscious patterns of behavior. The work is responding, instead of reacting. This is hard work but know that I’m here for you on your journey and I have many videos, podcasts, books, and other resources to support you on your journey.
