Empowering women entrepreneurs starts with making their stories visible.

TRIANGLE Consortium Meeting in Athens | Day 2

Day 2 of the TRIANGLE Consortium Meeting focused on strengthening the project’s visibility, coordination and impact during Phase 2.

Partners discussed the updated dissemination strategy, scientific dissemination activities and new opportunities to enrich the TRIANGLE website. The meeting also included updates on project management and financial reporting, followed by a focused working session on KPI achievement, existing gaps and the corrective actions needed to meet the project’s objectives.

The two-day meeting concluded with a shared commitment to effective implementation, stronger communication and continued collaboration across the consortium.

Thank you to all partners for their valuable contributions, constructive discussions and commitment to the next steps of TRIANGLE.

TRIANGLE Consortium Meeting in Athens | Day 1

The first day of the TRIANGLE Consortium Meeting brought partners together at Impact Hub Athens for a full day of strategic discussions, progress updates and joint planning.

The consortium reviewed KPI achievement, startup support and mentoring progress, the upcoming training programme, market-readiness and IPR requirements, supporting structures, partnerships, diversity and inclusion, Phase 2 deliverables and future project events.

We were also pleased to welcome Aina, our Project Officer, who participated in a TRIANGLE consortium meeting for the first time. Her intervention provided valuable guidance on IPR-related KPIs, project sustainability and best practices from previous EIT HEI cohorts.

The day concluded with a collaborative discussion on the long-term sustainability of TRIANGLE, focusing on institutionalisation, future funding opportunities, training continuity, the mentoring network, platform use and continued support for promising startups.

A productive day of collaboration, shared learning and strategic alignment as TRIANGLE moves forward into its next phase.
