Earlier this week, Tuesday 25th March, 2025 celebrated our 141st Founder’s Day, honoring the legacy of this great institution under the theme “141 Years | Infinite Possibilities”.
It is truly a befitting tribute today for Alma Mater Day as many in varying sectors of society proudly wore their Royal Green and Grey and House shirts as exemplary Grammarians of thee greatest and oldest institution on island, The Antigua Grammar School

The Ministry has taken the decision to close schools tomorrow *Tuesday October 3, 2023.*
The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services has upgraded the tropical storm watch to a warning for both Antigua and Barbuda, amidst the impending severe weather from Tropical Storm Philippe.
The Met Office has indicated that the chance of storm-force winds impacting us is now at 90% for Barbuda and 70% for Antigua.
Additionally, several of our public educational institutions are used as shelters and are currently being activated by NODS to be available for public access from 6:30 pm.

Please take note that students will be dismissed at 11:30am today {Tuesday 19th September 2023}.
To allow for AGS Staff members to support their colleague at her father's funeral later today.
Please be guided accordingly, especially if you transport your child/ren after school.
