Today makes TEN YEARS, 3,653 DAYS, 87,672 HOURS of grieving and piecing life together minus you. It's felt like forever but also passed so quickly. Some years, I don't even remember, the grief and depression were so THICK upon me. Losing you, helped prepare me for the loses of 2024. I started to think ohh I got a handle on this grief thing and then Charisse and Dymond death, bring it all back up to the surface.

Daddy, I miss the entire essence of you daily. I love and miss you Opening up French Toast Bites in Bryant Park, brought all the feels. All the full circle moments, from working at the HBO building across the street, to always meeting you on 42 and Park, and the my most treasured memory during the black out, of you waiting on 42 to make sure I made it home safely before heading to Jersey. Always the joy of knowing you were here and understanding now how much I took that for granted. Thank you for all the amazing people you placed in my life to help me along the journey. The college girls are doing amazing. Every year I do my best to change the narrative of today. This year no work, FTB tasks, and then Knicks/Sixers in Philly. A little over a year ago, I was asked to be apart of something I instantly knew would be life changing.
