HOME COOKING VERSUS RESTAURANT COOKING
Do you usually eat at home or in restaurants? Which one do you prefer; home cooking or restaurant cooking? It is true about the nature of human that we enjoy having the best of everything. Some people are interested to eat in restaurants, others prefer eating at home. In fact, home cooking is very different from restaurant cooking in many aspects.
First of all, we can say that home cooking is cheaper than restaurant cooking. In on hand there are several facts that increase the price of dishes in restaurants, such as; hiring cooks and waiters to do the service as well as paying a high charge for the rental. Additionally, restaurant owners spend a large amount of money on decoration of their restaurants. On the other hand, home cooking doesn't require chiefs and servers to prepare the meal, instead you do the cooking yourself. Also, at home we all have perfect social atmosphere and neatly decorated environment free of charge. Moreover, items are bought in large quantities for home cooking and stored in the fridge for daily use making our dishes considerably cheaper.
Another aspect of difference between restaurant cooking and home cooking is the quality of dishes. Restaurants don’t add all the necessary ingredients to make delicious foods because variety of ingredients increases the price of meals. Besides this, the competition in the market forces restaurants to produce less quality dishes with lower prices. Customers say that restaurant meals have the same taste and quality everyday because in the recipe, general opinions of consumers are considered not individuals. However, at home you can cook your own favorite meal as well as having independence to make it more or less spicy. Not only that there are lots of high quality home cooking which are not available in restaurants, but also, the Qabulipalaw in a restaurant isn't as delicious as a home cooked Qbulipalaw.
Last but not least, restaurant cooking is not as healthy as home cooking. The first reason is using the same dishes to serve different customers without washing them fully because restaurants tend to serve more hungry customers in less time. Moreover, messiness and impurity of the kitchen in restaurants make the foods unhealthier. My own observation of some restaurant kitchens is that they are very small. Since restaurants try to cook for huge number of people, they use large amount of ingredients which is hard to be washed fully resulting in unhygienic meals. Conversely, home cooking gives the chance to watch carefully to the cooking ingredients and clean them. As a further matter, dishes are always clean and washed perfectly. Lastly, at home cooking it is possible to add or forbid any specific ingredient to your meal considering your diet.
As you can see, home meals are not at all like restaurant dishes in several features. Restaurants keep on charging you with higher and higher prices everyday while home cooking is very friendly with your economy. Additionally, home cooking provides delicious, tasty, and hygienic foods while restaurants can’t consider individual’s favorite interest and diet. In my opinion, it is always an advantage to cook and prepare your favorite food at home rather than purchasing through restaurants.
