🎯 Tell vs Say — What’s the Difference?

Many learners confuse tell and say, but the difference is simple:

✅ Say → focuses on the words
👉 He said, “I’m tired.”
👉 She said that she was happy.

✅ Tell → focuses on the listener (needs an object)
👉 He told me the truth.
👉 She told her friend a story.

💡 Tip:

- Use say when you don’t mention the listener.
- Use tell when you mention who is listening.

Master small differences like this, and your English will sound more natural! 🚀
