Feedback from a participant in today's documentary filmmaking session by Singaporean filmmaker :

امروز آقای وسلی ارووزو، مستندساز با تجربه از کشور سنگاپور، با همکاری آقای داکتر ادموند چاو، مسئول مؤسسه (Kite Educational Consultancy)، یک لکچر الهام‌بخش و مفید ارائه کرد که موضوع آن این بود: یک مستندساز چگونه می‌تواند یک فیلم مستند قدرتمند و حرفه‌ای بسازد.

ما از آقای وسلی درس‌های بسیار مهم و اساسی آموختیم. او تأکید کرد که یک مستندساز باید صبر، حوصله و تعهد قوی داشته باشد تا بتواند فرصت‌ها را ایجاد کرده و زمینه مناسب برای ساخت مستند را فراهم سازد. وی توضیح داد که مستندسازی تنها ثبت تصاویر نیست، بلکه رساندن یک پیام عمیق و معنادار است.

به گفته او، یک مستند موفق باید داستان و موضوعی را ارائه کند که تأثیر عمیقی بر بینندگان بگذارد، آنان را به تفکر وادار سازد و حتی پس از پایان فیلم نیز تأثیر خود را حفظ کند. مستند باید دارای پیام روشن باشد، ارزش‌های اجتماعی یا انسانی را بازتاب دهد و هدف مشخصی را دنبال کند. همچنان باید ساختار منسجم و پیوسته داشته باشد تا بینندگان بتوانند از آغاز تا پایان با داستان ارتباط عاطفی و فکری برقرار کنند. نوآوری و تازگی داستان نیز از عناصر مهم یک مستند موفق شمرده شد.

آقای وسلی همچنان دو نمونه از مستندهای خود را با ما شریک ساخت. مستند نخست، زندگی در داخل ساختمان‌های قدیمی سنگاپور را به تصویر می‌کشید و در کنار تحولات شهری، داستان‌های انسانی را بازگو می‌کرد. مستند دوم درباره سونامی جاپان بود که در آن داستان مردی بیان می‌شد که سال‌هاست در جستجوی همسرش می‌باشد؛ همسری که امواج دریا او را با خود برده است. این روایت تأثیرگذار، مفاهیم عمیق عشق، امید و وفاداری پایدار را به تصویر می‌کشد.

مستندهای او نه تنها برای ما و سایر اشتراک‌کنندگان تازه و آموزنده بود، بلکه بسیار تأثیرگذار و الهام‌بخش نیز بود — درس‌هایی که احتمالاً برای مدت طولانی در حافظه ما باقی خواهد ماند.
از آقای وسلی صمیمانه سپاسگزاریم که وقت ارزشمند خود را به ما اختصاص داد.

در پایان، مراتب سپاس ویژه خود را به داکتر ادموند چاو، رئیس «Kite Educational Consultancy»، ابراز می‌داریم که این فرصت ارزشمند را برای ما فراهم ساخت. او همواره از افغان‌ها حمایت می‌کند و تلاش دارد آنان را از تاریکی به سوی دانش و روشنایی رهنمون سازد.

بر اساس ارزیابی انجام‌شده پس از برنامه آموزشي،
برنامه آموزشی KITE تأثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای بر افزایش اعتماد مسلکی و آمادگی عملی استادان داشته است.

سطح اعتماد پس از آموزش

۴ از ۵ استاد (۴/۵) سطح بلند اعتماد در استفاده از استراتیژی‌های ارزیابی را راپور دادند.

اشتراک‌کنندگان توانستند به‌گونه واضح میان «ارزیابی از یادگیری» و «ارزیابی برای یادگیری» تفکیک قایل شوند.

آمادگی برای طراحی روبریک

اکثریت استادان آمادگی و اطمینان خود را در طراحی روبریک‌های متناسب با فعالیت‌های درسی ابراز نمودند.

تقویت چرخه نظریات شاگردان

استادان اظهار داشتند که اکنون بهتر می‌توانند نظریات مؤثر و سازنده به شاگردان ارائه کنند؛ نظریاتی که سبب بهبود واقعی کار شاگردان می‌گردد.

تأثیر عملی آموزش

«تمثیل» و «نمایش عملی» به‌حیث مؤثرترین روش‌های یادگیری شناخته شد.

استادان برنامه‌های مشخصی برای تطبیق روبریک‌ها و عملی ساختن آموخته‌ها در صنف‌های درسی خود دارند.

این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که برنامه KITE نه تنها سطح دانش، بلکه اعتماد مسلکی و آمادگی اجرایی استادان را نیز تقویت نموده است.

در این نشست دربارهٔ فرصت‌های تحصیلی در اندونیزیا، مراحل و شرایط درخواست بورسیه، آمادگی برای اپلای و تجربه‌های واقعی از مسیر تحصیل در خارج از کشور صحبت شد. همچنان نکات مهم و کاربردی برای محصلان علاقه‌مند به بورسیه‌های بین‌المللی شریک ساخته شد.

We are pleased to welcome Mahmood Rahimi, an experienced educator, researcher, and international scholarship recipient with an academic and professional background in English language education, peace studies, and higher education.

Born in eastern Afghanistan, Mr. Rahimi began his academic journey at Isteqlal Elementary French School and Nangarhar High School before earning his Bachelor’s degree in English from Nangarhar University, affiliated with San Diego State University (SDSU). Following his graduation, he served as an instructor under the U.S. Embassy–funded Teaching English Through Technology (TETT) project, where he trained thousands of male and female students using innovative digital language-learning tools.

Mr. Rahimi is a recipient of multiple prestigious international fellowships and scholarships, including the Rotary Peace Fellowship at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and a professional fellowship with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (Germany) in Governance, Conflict, and Peace. He later completed his Master’s degree in English Language and Literature at Gujarat University, India, through a scholarship from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).

He has served as a lecturer at Khurasan University and Nuristan Institute of Higher Education and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Education, actively working on his doctoral dissertation.

In this session, Mr. Rahimi will share insights from his academic journey, international scholarship experiences, and professional work in education and peacebuilding.
