There are plenty of ways to improve as a teacher, but I wanted something that would give me practical skills I could actually use in the classroom. That's what led me to the 120-hour Professional TEFL Program on TeacherRecord.
One lesson that really stayed with me was the idea that a good lesson isn't about the teacher talking all the time—it's about creating opportunities for students to think, participate, and communicate. That simple idea changed the way I look at teaching English.
