Sooo Covid happened! This photo was taken towards the end of the virus, believe me, you wouldn't want to have seen an earlier one!
I figured out some home remedies that helped me to manage the symptoms and get a bit of relief so here I'd like to share them with you.

This is a long list and these are based on the symptoms I had but I hope there'll be something on it that brings a bit of comfort to someone in their recovery.
✳️ Echinacea for natural cold and respiratory relief.
✳️ Savlon for the sore nose from endless blowing!
✳️ Vasaline for the dry lips.
✳️ Thyme cough syrup
✳️ Tahina, Date Syrup and Honey mix to ease the cough.
✳️ Honey, lemon, ginger, cinnamon tea- anti-inflammatory, nausea, expectant, soothes throat.
✳️ Watery Soups- hunger, immune system and hydration.
✳️ Bed rest.
✳️ Multiple pillows- to create 'being-able-to-breathe-and-not-cough-whilst-sleeping positions'.
✳️ Vit C
✳️ Nasal Spray and sinus tablets
✳️ Paracetamol and Ibuprofen for fever and body aches (2 of each every 4 hours on a full stomach but check with your doctor if you a have medical condition).
✳️ Mouth wash.
✳️ Green Tea- detoxifying.
✳️ Eye mask for day-sleeping and light sensitivity.
✳️ The softest tissues possible- also for the endless nose blowing.
✳️ Sanitiser

How many advanced poses do you see on social media? And how easy do people make them look?
Yoga is not about comparing with others on their mats it is about comparing with yourself on your mat.
Here are my comparisons. They change daily and that's OK!
In your next practice I challenge you to do what feels right for your body not what is right for somebody else's.
