Cardio. An indispensable segment of every sport. Cardio training is crucial for both sports and daily life. Heart and blood vessel health are the most important in our lives. Cardio devices in gyms are designed to simulate various forms of human movement in real-life Walking, running, climbing, cycling, and many other movements that are performed over a period of time (20,30,40,60 minutes and more) are declared as cardio training. Cardio training contributes to the greater blood flow to the whole organ, organs, etc. The only way to strengthen and “train” your heart is cardio. At the moment of performing cardio exercises, the body starts burning calories, fat later and speeding up your metabolism. cardio speeds up metabolism instantly and it stops with cardiac arrest and in workout with exercise, the metabolism stays fast for 72 hours or more. Therefore cardio and weight training and proper nutrition are closely linked and omitting one of these factors is a big mistake. That's why not only devices and weights and not only cardio, but both!
